We try to anticipate questions you might have about our Bras and Girdles and provide the answers here. Q. Do you have other products and/or sizes that are not listed?
A. Yes. We have a large stock and we are not able to list everything. Please, if you don't see what you are looking for, just ask us.
Q. What about returns?
A. We'll be glad to accept returns. All you need to do is contact Hate Your Bra first so you can be given the return authorization number, (RA). The RA needs to be requested within three, (3), days of the receipt of the product(s), and the product(s) need to be returned within seven (7) days. When you request your RA, be sure to state your preference for a refund of the purchase price, an in-store credit, or an exchange. All S&H are the responsibiliby of the customer unless stated in the RA.
Q. What about exchanges?
A. We at Hate Your Bra, want you to have the best fitting and best looking products available. If you feel that another size would be better, please don't hesitate to call or write us. Contact us within three, (3), days of the receipt of the products for your return authorization number, (RA), and tell us what you'd like to try next. The product(s) that are being exchanged must be returned within seven (7) days. Unless otherwise stated in the RA, the customer is responsible for all S&H costs to and from the destination.
Q. The Jeunique bra is WONDERFUL! Is there a way that I can sell them?
A. YES!!! The Jeunique opportunity is available to every woman! (Norvell did have the same opportunities, but the company is no longer in business.) There is money to be made.
